Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid BusinessMates plans sold by StartupMates Private Limited.

Free trial

Every new firm starts with a free 30-day trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and no card is needed to start.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by writing to us from our contact page.
• Monthly plans stop renewing at the end of the current billing month.
• Annual plans stop renewing at the end of the current year.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

• If you are charged in error or charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.
• For annual plans cancelled within 14 days of the first payment, we refund the full amount.
• Otherwise, fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Your data after cancelling

You can ask us to export your firm’s data for 30 days after your plan ends. After that, it is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
