Who counts as a team member?

Anyone in your firm who signs in: partners, managers, article assistants and staff. Your clients’ portal logins are free and unlimited.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your data stays exactly as it is. Choose a plan to keep working; until then, sign-in is paused for your firm and your clients.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up when your team grows; the difference is charged for the rest of your year.

Do WhatsApp messages cost extra?

BusinessMates does not charge per message. WhatsApp itself bills business-initiated conversations to the WhatsApp Business account that sends them.
